• Design lessons that are of interest to students to help them develop different skills such as critical thinking and problem solving. 

• Provide self-growth feedback so that students can thereby validate their understanding and recognize areas that are still in the process of being understood. 

• Collaborate with other teachers, principals, parents, and counselors to support students in reaching their goals. 

• Attend professional development meetings in order to increase my knowledge in areas that can help me as a teacher and in the same way to have the necessary skills to be a source of support for my students academically and emotionally.
